Orders that have not yet been shipped and are within 48 hours of placement may be canceled directly.

Orders placed more than 48 hours ago, or orders that have already been shipped, cannot be canceled immediately.

For orders that cannot be canceled, customers may wait for delivery and then initiate a return request in accordance with Venolitra’s Return & Refund Policy.
Eligibility for cancellation is determined based on the order status at the time of the request.

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipping has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible.
