Order Cancellation Policy

At Venolitra, we aim to provide a clear and reliable process for order cancellations to ensure a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions under which orders can be canceled, the steps to request cancellation, and how refunds are processed.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders that have not yet been shipped and are within 48 hours of placement may be canceled directly.

  • Orders placed more than 48 hours ago, or orders that have already been shipped, cannot be canceled immediately.

  • For orders that cannot be canceled, customers may wait for delivery and then initiate a return request in accordance with Venolitra’s Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility for cancellation is determined based on the order status at the time of the request.

Refunds will only be processed after cancellation approval.

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipping has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible.
